Contents of the Set

The set includes everything you need to start painting right away:

  • Talens Art Creation pocket box with 12 watercolour paints and a small brush
  • Van Gogh watercolour paper pad (10.8 x 15 cm)
  • Sakura Pigma Micron fineliner 05
  • Talens watercolour brush size 06
  • Instruction booklet with 8 step-by-step assignments

Handy Tips & Tricks

  • Your pocket box contains 12 beautiful colours. Use the colour wheel to mix these colors and create even more shades. Read more about colour mixing here.

  • For the best results, use the specially selected watercolour paper from the set. If you run out of paper, you can find new watercolour paper in various sizes at your local art store. Printer paper may warp and shed fibers.

  • Let your artwork dry thoroughly before adding fine details with the small brush or fineliner from the set. Tip: use an almost dry brush for precise lines and accents, such as veins in flower petals or dots in the center of flowers.

  • The paper pad in the set contains small-sized paper, perfect for using your painted paper as a postcard. Write your message on the back with the fineliner.
